Iran's Health Ministry announces over 260 wounded, two dead in US strikes
Iran's Health Ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour said more than 260 people were wounded and at least two killed in US strikes on targets inside the country.
Iran's Health Ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour announced the casualty figures from US strikes on targets inside the country. In a post on X, Kermanpour said more than 260 people were wounded in the attacks.
The statement said 222 of the wounded were treated and discharged. Kermanpour added that three of the injured were under 18 and at least two people lost their lives in the attacks.
US forces struck dozens of Iranian targets on the fifth day of the regional conflict and reimposed a naval blockade on Iranian ports.
