Saudi Arabia ends emergency alert in Jazan and Najran
Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Civil Defense announced that the emergency alert issued for the Jazan and Najran regions ended shortly afterward. Residents were asked to follow emergency protocols and the instructions of the competent authorities.
The warning issued over possible emergencies in Saudi Arabia’s Jazan and Najran regions ended shortly afterward.
Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Civil Defense announced that the warning had ended and called on residents to protect their lives and property. The directorate urged residents to comply with emergency protocols and carefully follow the instructions and warnings issued by the competent authorities.
The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen have for some time been targeting Saudi Arabia’s border regions and southern provinces with ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.
