Explosion Sounds Heard in Southern Iran: Official Statement Pending in Hormozgan

Explosion sounds were reported in the early morning hours in Iran's southern Hormozgan province, around Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, Minab, Sirik, and Hengam Island. Residents of nearby villages also heard the same sounds.

Reports from Bandar Abbas indicated that the incident was noticed early in the morning. However, the exact source of the sounds was not clarified at that time.

Official military and security authorities have not made any statements regarding the cause of the sounds as of the time the news was published. Therefore, developments in the region are being closely monitored.

Claims of Military Activity in the Region

The report also mentioned clashes at sea between Iranian and American forces. Additionally, it was noted that air defense systems were activated in the Mohr region in the southwest of Fars province and in the southern Assaluyeh area.

It was stated that following US military strikes on positions in southern Iran the previous night, Iran responded with missile attacks. This has escalated tensions in the region to a new level.

Meanwhile, Handala reportedly warned that the US military would face a strong response to any aggression. The report also included information that satellite images showed damage after attacks on a base in Israel, and that unmanned aerial vehicles were used in an attack on a US base in Bahrain.
