The search operation at a residential block in central Gaza City that was destroyed in Israeli attacks ended after 17 days. Gaza Civil Defense announced that the bodies and remains of 105 Palestinians were recovered during the operation, which was conducted in coordination with an Egyptian committee.
Families who gathered in the Al-Taj area identified their relatives recovered from the rubble and bid them farewell. Rescue teams lined up the recovered bodies, wrapped in shrouds, among the ruins.
