The Israeli army on Wednesday ordered civilians in the southern Lebanese town of Mansuri to immediately evacuate their homes and move at least a thousand meters away from the area.
Army spokesperson Ella Wawiyeh said on X that the evacuation call was made because Hezbollah had violated the ceasefire agreement. Wawiyeh also announced that the Israeli army would launch a powerful attack against Hezbollah in the area.
This was Israel's first evacuation warning for residents of southern Lebanon since June 14.
