Palestinian flags filled the streets of several Turkish cities on the evening of Oct. 7 as thousands joined solidarity marches marking three years since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza.
In Ankara, the march organized by the Ankara Palestine Solidarity Platform (ANFİDAP) left Kocatepe Mosque after the night prayer and reached Melike Hatun Mosque via Mithatpaşa Street and Anadolu Boulevard. Platform spokesman Mustafa Karataş said attacks have continued despite the Oct. 10, 2025 ceasefire.

In Konya, thousands marched from Kılıçarslan Square to Gedavet Park, while a Gaza solidarity march and press statement were held at İnönü University in Malatya.
