Pro-Palestinian activists on Monday, Oct. 19, blocked the entrance to a TT Electronics factory in Rochdale, England, accusing the company of contributing to Israel's war in Gaza by supplying parts for warplanes and drones.
"Israel wouldn't be able to commit the genocide in Gaza without places like this. They've got blood on their doorstep," one activist said in a video recorded outside the factory.

The activists locked themselves to the entrance of the factory in Greater Manchester using lock-on devices covered with Palestinian flags and poured red paint on the road in front of the gate, which they said symbolized the consequences of the company's activities.
"We're shutting down TT Electronics today. TT Electronics make F-35 parts, they're crucial to the supply chain. This is why we're shutting it down to free Palestine," the activist said, adding that security guards had dragged protesters around "like rag dolls" and calling on others to join.
Elbit drones and F-35s

According to Anadolu, the activists claim that components made at the site are used in F-18 and F-35 fighter jets and in drones produced by Israeli defense company Elbit Systems.
UK-based TT Electronics bought the power and control business of Ferranti Technologies from Elbit Systems UK, Elbit's British arm, for £9 million in January 2022.
Britain has faced criticism from pro-Palestinian groups for exempting F-35 parts when it suspended 30 arms export licenses to Israel in September 2024.
