KKE accuses Mitsotakis government of backing US-Israeli interventions and wars
Greece’s opposition KKE accused Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ government of supporting US-Israeli interventions and wars. The party described the government’s emphasis on international law and legitimacy as “a complete deception.”
In his weekly assessment, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said Greece would continue to uphold its commitment to international law, multilateralism and dialogue. Mitsotakis also referred to his contacts within the framework of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Following Mitsotakis’ remarks on a period in which international agreements are facing a difficult test, Greece’s opposition KKE criticized the government’s policy toward Israel.
The KKE press office accused the Mitsotakis government of supporting the illegal US-Israeli interventions and wars. The party described the government’s rhetoric on international law and international legitimacy as “a complete deception.”
