Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said in Tehran that dialogue with the United States would continue. Pezeshkian said the talks were continuing through the mediation of third parties and claimed that Iran had been attacked three times after the agreement was signed.

“Although our country has been attacked three times, we have never shied away from dialogue and will not do so,” Pezeshkian said.
Pezeshkian said Tehran would continue defending the rights of the Iranian people and claimed that the United States and Israel aimed to destroy Iran. The Iranian president maintained that these plans had failed because of the resistance they encountered.

Pezeshkian also said Washington should abandon its expectation of bringing Iran to its knees through attacks and killings.
