Saudi Arabia’s first homegrown automotive brand, CEER, announced its production targets with the EXOBOT model. The model was unveiled by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who also serves as chairman of the Public Investment Fund.
EXOBOT will be available in two versions: a sedan and a four-wheel-drive vehicle. CEER plans to launch seven models within five years. The company is expected to produce its subsequent vehicles in different sizes and with different drivetrain systems.
Production to take place in Saudi Arabia
All CEER vehicles will be produced at the company’s facilities within the King Salman Automotive Complex in King Abdullah Economic City. EXOBOT’s design and engineering work was also carried out in Saudi Arabia.
Bin Salman said the unveiling of EXOBOT marked a new step toward creating a sustainable and advanced industrial ecosystem. He said the goal was to make the automotive sector one of the main sources of economic growth.

Economic targets for 2034
CEER is expected to contribute more than 30 billion riyals, or $8 billion, to Saudi Arabia’s gross domestic product by 2034.
During the same period, the company is projected to improve the country’s foreign trade balance by more than 80 billion riyals, or $21 billion, and create direct and indirect skilled employment.
CEER’s establishment
Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund established CEER, the country’s first homegrown automotive brand, in 2022. The company operates to develop Saudi Arabia’s automotive industry, attract investment and create new opportunities for the private sector.
