Iraqi officials said the pullout includes all defense systems, including those in Erbil.

Update: Iraqi Armed Forces spokesman Sabah al-Numan told the INA news agency that US and coalition forces will complete their withdrawal on September 30 and that “there are no foreign troops or military bases on Iraqi territory.” The US had nine known bases in Iraq, including Victory at Baghdad airport, Taji, Ain al-Asad, Habbaniyah, K1 in Kirkuk, Qayyarah, Harir and Erbil International Airport. Security cooperation between Baghdad and Washington is expected to continue bilaterally in intelligence, coordination and arms programs.
