The Saudi Super Cup, one of the major trophies in Saudi Arabia football, will see four teams compete for the title in Kuwait. Al Ahli will face Al Qadsiah in one semifinal, while Al Nassr will meet Al Khulood in the other.
The tournament will be held from December 19 to 23 at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait. The matches will be played as single-leg knockout fixtures.

Two matches for a place in the final
The semifinals are scheduled to be played on December 19 and 20. The winners will meet in the final on December 23 to compete for the title.
Al Nassr will enter the tournament as the 2025-2026 league champions. Al Ahli, who finished third in the league, and fourth-placed Al Qadsiah will also take part in the tournament. Al Khulood earned the right to participate in the Super Cup as the Saudi Arabia King's Cup finalist.
Al Hilal excluded from the cup
Al Hilal, who finished second in the league last season and won the cup title during the same period, will be unable to compete in this tournament. The club was excluded because of a suspension imposed after it did not participate in the previous Super Cup tournament held in Hong Kong.

Kuwait will become the sixth country to host the tournament abroad
The Saudi Arabia Super Cup will be held outside the country for the sixth time in Kuwait. The tournament was previously played in England in 2015, 2016 and 2018, in the United Arab Emirates in 2023, and in Hong Kong in 2025.
Al Ahli are the reigning champions of the Super Cup, which will be held for the 13th time this year. Al Ahli won the trophy in the final in Hong Kong after defeating Al Nassr on penalties following a 2-2 draw in regular time.
