UAE-based ADNOC Logistics & Services invested about $1.3 billion to add 11 tankers to its fleet and expand its maritime transport capacity. The fleet expansion includes five gas tankers and six very large crude oil tankers.
Nine vessels to be delivered between July and September
The company said that six of the nine tankers purchased from previous owners are very large crude oil tankers, while three are very large gas tankers. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026, between July and September, after which they are expected to enter operational service.

New gas tankers are being built in China
ADNOC Logistics & Services also purchased two new very large gas tankers under construction from one of China's leading shipbuilders as part of a resale agreement. The vessels are expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2026, between October and December.
The company's Chief Executive Officer, Captain Abdulkarim Al-Museibi, said the investment reflected the implementation of its growth strategy and its goal of building maritime and logistics capacity for the energy sector on a global scale.
The new tankers are intended to help ADNOC keep pace with growth in its exports, serve customers in key markets and capitalize on opportunities in international energy product trading.
