An anonymous tip recorded in a July 2020 report by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation is being shared online again. The report is part of the Jeffrey Epstein files released by the U.S. Justice Department, and Britain’s Mirror newspaper first reported the tip in February.
The tip claims that in the mid-1990s, at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, Ghislaine Maxwell gave electric shocks to a girl believed to be 6 to 8 years old, and that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and other men were present.
A tip, not evidence

The record is only an unverified tip, and the released documents do not show the FBI took any action on it. Andrew, who was stripped of his title of prince in 2025, denies all allegations linked to Epstein and Maxwell.
Maxwell was convicted in the U.S. in 2021 of sex trafficking of minors and is serving a 20-year sentence. Andrew was arrested in Britain in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office and released the same day; the investigation is ongoing.
