Türkiye’s Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy opened the Antalya Culture Route Festival, a nine-day event featuring more than 440 activities at over 40 venues in the city on the Mediterranean coast.
Ersoy said the program includes concerts, exhibitions, opera, ballet and traditional arts. The festival, which is being held for the fourth time, expanded this year to 26 cities across Türkiye, while its program, running for nearly eight months, will reach 32 provinces next year.

The festival’s main stage is located in Konyaaltı Beach Park and will host concerts by artists including Simge, Seyfo, Gökhan Türkmen, Ebru Yaşar, Demet Akalın and Hakan Altun. The performing arts program includes the ballet Anna Karenina, a performance of Carmina Burana and the opera Attila.
The festival also features the “Living Heritage in Antalya” exhibition, showcasing works by artisans who preserve intangible cultural heritage in fields including filigree, glass, wood, carpets, kilims, pottery, ceramics and marbling. It also includes 85 food stations bringing together local and contemporary cuisine.
