Türkiye’s ambassador to Sudan meets Iranian counterpart
Türkiye’s ambassador to Sudan, Fahri Türker Oba, met Iran’s ambassador to Sudan, Hassan Shah Hosseini, the Turkish Embassy announced.
Türkiye’s ambassador to the Republic of Sudan, Fahri Türker Oba, met Iran’s ambassador to Sudan, Hassan Shah Hosseini, the Turkish Embassy in Sudan announced.
The embassy did not disclose details of the discussions between the two ambassadors.
Sudan has been at war since 2023
Sudan has been experiencing a war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces since April 2023, causing one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises.
Türkiye continues to support Sudan’s unity and sovereignty and provide humanitarian assistance to the Sudanese people.
