27 New Investments in Edirne
In his speech, Erdoğan also highlighted the projects brought to Edirne, announcing that 27 investments worth a total of 1.3 billion lira have been put into service. Various facilities and projects were introduced to the city as part of the inauguration.

Foreign Agenda and Regional Impacts
Erdoğan noted that even before the Russia-Ukraine war ends, the region is already paying a heavy economic price due to attacks on Iran. Regarding the assaults in Gaza and Lebanon, he drew attention to the harm suffered by civilians and stated that law, rules, and principles are being trampled in the region.
The speech also touched on the fight against terrorism. Erdoğan said significant progress has been made toward the goal of a "Turkey without terrorism" and that the pace will be increased.
The reopening of the Selimiye Mosque and the commissioning of completed projects in Edirne were the main focus of the ceremony. Erdoğan’s speech combined messages about local investments with insights on domestic and foreign policy.
