The Palestinian government in Gaza prepared a report on the approximately 300 days since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025. The government claimed that the Israeli army carried out 4,091 ceasefire violations in Gaza during this period.
The attacks carried out despite the ceasefire killed at least 1,254 Palestinians and injured about 4,121 people, the report said. It also said that 159 Palestinians were detained during the same period.
Entry of aid into Gaza restricted
The report said restrictions were imposed on the entry of trucks carrying food and humanitarian aid into Gaza. It added that Palestinians who needed to leave the territory to receive medical care were also affected by restrictions on departures.
Under the ceasefire terms, 180,000 humanitarian aid trucks were supposed to enter Gaza during this period, but the number of trucks that reached the territory remained at 63,094, the report said.
Departures from Rafah remained limited
Movement restrictions also continued at Rafah, one of Gaza's crossings to the outside world. Of the 27,400 people who needed to leave the territory, most of them to receive medical assistance, only 10,073 were allowed to depart, representing approximately 39 percent.
The Palestinian government in Gaza strongly condemned Israel's policy toward the Palestinian people and the ceasefire violations. The government held Israel responsible for the worsening humanitarian situation.
The statement called on the mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement to ensure that Israel implements all of the agreement's provisions and ends the violations.
