The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters Command warned regional countries, claiming that the United States was preparing to launch another attack on Iran with the approval of some countries in the region.
The command said that US forces and resources in the region would be targeted in the event of a possible attack. The statement said regional countries that support US actions would also be considered parties to the attack, and argued that the Iranian Armed Forces should not be expected to show “common sense.”

Tehran sets condition for reopening the Strait of Hormuz
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said in a speech to Parliament that Tehran was pursuing a “rational and non-negotiable” line in the diplomatic arena. He said Iran’s messages and conditions had been conveyed to the United States through intermediaries.
Ghalibaf said Iran would not return to the conditions that existed before negotiations unless the legitimate rights of the Iranian people were recognized and the United States fulfilled its commitments. He said the Strait of Hormuz would not be reopened until these conditions were met.
Addressing those opposed to negotiations with the United States, Ghalibaf argued that war and negotiations were not alternatives to each other. He said Iran should use its military capacity when necessary and strengthen its gains through diplomacy at the appropriate time.
