Cancer treatment without traveling abroad

According to the embassy, patients in Somalia will be able to continue their treatment at the hospital without having to travel to other countries, making Somalia an important center for cancer treatment in East Africa.
The Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Somalia. It opened in 2015 with Turkish support and continues to provide services through a partnership between the two countries.
